Pocket PC Simulated Browser is a mini browser that can be used to surf the internet in a PDA-like environment on PC. Please note that it is not an emulator. It is just a browser.

You can download the setup program from here and install it on your PC. The pre-requisite is that you need to have Windows Vista or Windows XP as operating system. For Windows XP, you also need to install .Net Framework 2.0 (which can be downloaded from Microsoft free of charge) before you install this program.
