Remove header and footer when printing from browser
Sometimes you may not want to include the page Url, date, page number, etc when printing a page from your browser. Although different
browsers have different method to do that, usually you can change it under the Page Setup or Print Option of the browser.
For Internet Explorer (IE), you can select Page Setup under the File menu. Then remove the code in the Header and Footer
fields of the Headers and Footers section. For IE 8, you should select Empty for Header and Footer.
Some browsers require you to uncheck the Print headers and footers check box to disable this function.
